FROM THE PASTOR’S DESK 

What we believe about prayer is a good indication of what we believe about God, not just about the doctrinal and theological truths we affirm, but those things that we truly believe and on the basis of which we live our lives.

As Christians, we know we are supposed to pray, and we do.  We pray at meals, giving thanks for what we have received.  We pray (I hope) with and for our children, helping them to become accustomed to prayer and to make it a regular practice.  We pray the Lord’s Prayer, the prayer that Jesus taught us and continues to teach us.
