As I write this article, we are three days away from Ash Wednesday, the beginning Lent. On Ash Wednesday evening, at 7:00 we will gather for worship. On the following Wednesday (1 March at 7:00), St. Mark’s will host the first Community Lenten Service (Deacon Mike Kaufman of All Saints Roman Catholic Parish, will be preaching). The rest of the Wednesday Lenten Services (all at 7:00 p.m.) will be hosted by other churches in Butler:
