FROM THE PASTOR’S DESK: As November begins, we are no doubt thinking about Thanksgiving; it’s the highlight of the month (though this November our attention is no doubt on the election on the 8th). Some of you (I am not among you) may even be looking forward to “Black Friday”, the day after Thanksgiving that is known to be the busiest shopping day of the year. Since I was little, November has always been one of my favorite months.
